A new bike route has been added which visits all fifteen churches in the North Hinckford area, it is written to start from Bulmer but as it is circular you can start and finish at the point of your choice. The route is mostly along roads with a brief stretch along a cart track.

Green shoots are staring to appear, so time to dust off the walking boots and start exploring the beautiful Suffolk countryside! A new 9 mile walk has been added to explorestourvalley.co.uk, the Belchamp Brook route visits Belchamp Walter Church and Bulmer Church and passes close by Borley and Middleton Churches.
The route includes water meadows, the former railway line and some of the Stour Valley Path.

A new route for exploring the Stour Valley has been added to our website, it links three very different churches in the North Hinckford area all dedicated to St Mary and covers just approximately 12 miles of scenic country lanes you might otherwise never discover.
Visit Great Henny, Belchamp Walter and Ovington - three picture postcard villages on the North Essex / South Suffolk border.
